With the question of "Is IHR Law a protective shell of Racism?" a Social Analysis was conducted to know the International Perspective of Racism in the light of International Human Rights Law. Every person has a claim to enjoy the liberties and rights outlined in this proclamation, according to Article 2 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). In the 20th century, all forms of slavery and the trafficking of persons came to an end. Racism is the belief that one's race is superior to others. Racism begins when one racial group seeks to control, suppress, or exterminate another because of differences it perceives as innate and irreversible. Some races believe they are superior in knowledge, religion, race, profession, quality, or calling. Everyone has the Right to Freedom. "Servants have the right to be cared for, and they must be fed and dressed like their masters". The Hajj has continued to act as Islam's primary unifying factor. According to the Holy Quran, individuals are only divided into nations and tribes for identification and grouping purposes. Islam disapproves of discrimination against people based on their race, sex, gender, color, caste, or faith.
