Abstract

This research article explores the intricate relationship between business management and law, elucidating how legal frameworks shape organizational strategies and operations. In today's complex regulatory landscape, businesses must navigate a myriad of legal considerations spanning corporate governance, employment law, environmental regulations, intellectual property rights, and international trade agreements. Failure to address legal risks can lead to costly litigation, regulatory penalties, and reputational damage. Therefore, effective business management necessitates the integration of legal considerations into decision-making processes across all organizational functions. Through case analyses and theoretical discussions, this paper highlights the importance of proactive legal management in fostering compliance, mitigating risks, and enhancing corporate governance. By adopting a holistic approach to legal risk management and fostering a culture of legal awareness and ethics, organizations can safeguard their long-term interests and sustain competitive advantage in the global marketplace.
